Thank you for using the bTrack application (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our bicycle trip tracking app (the “App”).

Information We Collect

• Personal Information: When you use the App, we don’t collect your personal information during cycling trips, we only may collect your email address in case you contact our support by email address teamka.help@gmail.com and report about any issues that have happened in the App.
• Location Data: The App uses GPS location data during your rides to display data on map and device after your consent to start using it.

Data Storage Conditions

All data about your bike rides, such as location, time, speed, and ride duration, is stored locally on your device and is neither transmitted nor saved on a server. Journey data is stored locally on your device until the App is uninstalled. Once the App is uninstalled all journey data will be cleared from your device. For unpaid users, data for the last 7 trips is displayed in the App. For paid users, data for all trips is displayed in the App. You can subscribe or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, transfer your personal information if we have some to outside parties. Some trusted third-party service providers who assist us operate the App may gather some of your personal data or device information and keep it confidential with their consent.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information if we have some from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Your Choices

You can disable location tracking, but some features may not work correctly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App.
